Payment methods
The following methods of payment are accepted:
CASH ON DELIVERY (only for Greece)
At the time of delivery, you must have the exact order total indicated in the shipping confirmation email in cash. The courier cannot provide change and does not accept cheques. For eventual refunds, you must indicate a bank account.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro as well as Masterpass wallet for Greece and abroad. Please note that payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch. MEYIA does not process or store any credit card information. All transactions at this website are processed in a secure host environment.
PAYPAL
ΜΕΥΙΑ holds the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.
Taxes & Duties
Delivery within the European Union is not subject to duties or any additional taxes.
However, customers from countries outside of the European Union may be asked to pay further duties at customs control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. MEYIA has no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch orders within the next working day. Please note this can take longer during our sale peak and promotional periods for shipments to be dispatched. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is completed and specifying the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
Our products will be delivered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and to make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign upon delivery.
Greece
Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by Geniki Taxydromiki. The estimated delivery time is one to three business days after the dispatch date.
Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guideline. MEYIA shall not be held responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by factors that are beyond our control.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept your return. You can return any purchases for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without having been worn, washed or altered, with tags still attached and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear without removing the protective hygiene strip. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are damaged or soiled.
To request for a refund, simply print our Return Form and fill in all the necessary fields and indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please make sure that it is securely packaged in order to avoid damage in the transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please note that we can’t cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for any items lost in shipping.
As soon as we receive and accept your returned shipment, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your return.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (currency, account and payment method as used for the original purchase). In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method due to varying processing times between payment providers.
